Bitext adds Italian and Portuguese to its Salesforce offering

At the end of 2012 Bitext reached an agreement with Salesforce to provide multilingual sentiment analysis for the Insights ecosystem from Salesforce’s Marketing Cloud (former Radian6).

During the first phase this functionality was offered for Spanish and English. Now Bitext adds another two languages to his Sentiment Analysis offering for Salesforce Marketing Cloud customers: Portuguese (both Brazilian and European Portuguese) and Italian. Bitext’s language technology can process these languages natively (no need for previous machine translation).

With the addition of these two languages Bitext strengthens its position as one of the main providers of multilingual sentiment analysis in the field of Social CRM.

As usual, our API Demo allows for testing our services in both languages to anyone.

We will keep adding more languages very soon  in order to ensure the best coverage in multilingual sentiment analysis provided by Bitext.
